How Cirtonia Business works today, in Beta, and which document binds each purchase.

What Cirtonia Business is, and who it applies to

Cirtonia Business is a platform where an advertiser buys advertising slots in Mexican media. Cirtonia publishes and administers the offer; the advertiser quotes, pays and follows up on its campaign.

Whoever uses the platform does so on behalf of the organization they signed in with, and states that they can bind it. Purchases, payments and requests that come from that organization are attributed to the organization, not to the person.

Cirtonia Business is in Beta. This page describes what the platform does today and does not promise functionality that does not exist yet.

Which document binds a purchase

Every purchase is governed by the Purchase conditions: a versioned document the platform shows before reserving inventory and starting payment, accepted once per published version.

The binding version is the one recorded in your acceptance, identified by its SHA-256 fingerprint. A published version is never modified: if the conditions change, Cirtonia publishes a new version and the next purchase asks you to accept it.

This page does not replace that document. Where both speak to the same point, the Purchase conditions you accepted prevail.

The catalogue is the same for the whole platform and Cirtonia administers it. The advertiser does not create, edit or register inventory: it buys what is published and available.

The availability and price that apply are those of the catalogue in force at the moment of quoting, revalidated by the server. Cirtonia may publish new catalogue versions; that does not change what has already been bought.

Each slot's dates and times follow its station's local calendar, not the buyer's browser.

Your campaign is private; the catalogue is not

Campaigns, quotes, creatives, payments, evidence and reports belong to the organization that created them and are not visible to other organizations on the platform.

Cirtonia accesses them to operate the service: moderating creatives, scheduling, recording emissions, resolving requests and providing support.

Files — creatives and witnesses — are not public: they are delivered through signed, temporary links, authorized per object and for the owning organization.

Price, tax and currency

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Catalogue prices are exclusive of tax.

The server computes the subtotal from what was quoted, adds 16% IVA on that subtotal — rounded to the cent — and charges the sum of both. That computation happens on the server, not in the browser.

What you pay is the catalogue rate plus IVA. The Purchase conditions establish no commission, service fee or extra charge. Audio production, when requested, is agreed and charged outside checkout.

A quote expires — today, after fifteen minutes — and the screen shows that expiry. Once expired you have to quote again, with the availability and prices of that moment.

What you bought is frozen: period, slot assignment, catalogue version, prices and creatives per duration. Changing your profile preferences afterwards does not change a purchase already made.

What proof of payment you receive

When payment is confirmed, the platform keeps the internal record of the transaction and, once the provider makes it available, the Stripe receipt for the charge, reachable from the campaign report.

That is not a fiscal invoice. Issuing a CFDI is not included in this Beta.

Payment is direct, per campaign, and processed with Stripe; Cirtonia neither receives nor stores card data. There is no wallet, no balance and no credit: the platform holds no funds in your name.

Paying is not scheduling, and scheduling is not airing

These are three distinct moments and none of them automatically implies the next:

  • Paying leaves the campaign as “Paid, awaiting scheduling”. The money arrived and the inventory is committed.
  • Scheduling is a confirmation made by a person at Cirtonia. Until then the campaign is not scheduled.
  • Airing is the ad going out on air, and it is evidenced by the emission record and its witness, never inferred from the payment or the scheduling.

No payment activates a campaign on its own. The payment screen does not confirm anything by itself either: the server confirms the state when Stripe reports it through a verified event.

If Cirtonia cannot schedule what was bought, the path is explicit: it is cancelled or refunded, the campaign is not left in limbo.

Creatives and review

The advertiser produces and uploads the creative. Cirtonia reviews it and approves or rejects it; a rejection always carries a reason and stays in the history. A technically valid file is not enough: there is a human review.

That approval is an operational review — it confirms the material is usable in the contracted slot — and does not certify that the content complies with applicable advertising regulation.

You can only buy with an approved creative compatible with the duration of each contracted slot. An approved audio is reused across slots of its duration; the platform does not trim or generate audio automatically.

Digital advertising runs in test mode

The digital mode is marked as a test on every screen where it appears. It records only quoting, payment and follow-up state.

It promises no digital delivery, distribution, served impressions, reach, clicks, CTR or audience. Buying in this mode gives no right to demand publication of the ad on any digital medium, and there is no digital delivery evidence: the audio witness evidences radio and does not evidence digital delivery.

Contracted impressions are computed from the budget and the CPM rate in force. They are a purchase unit, not people reached or delivery proven.

The platform does not report people reached or audience. When a figure of that nature does not exist, the interface declares it unavailable instead of showing it as zero.

Changes and refunds after paying

A draft is edited freely before paying. After payment the campaign is no longer edited directly: while it is not finished, refunded or cancelled, you can send an operation request — change, pause, resume or cancellation — always with a reason.

Sending a request does not change the campaign by itself. Cirtonia reviews it and approves or rejects it, and the decision is recorded with its reason and its date.

The Purchase conditions establish no automatic right to a refund, no percentage, no cooling-off window and no resolution time. A refund exists only when Cirtonia resolves a request case by case and decides to refund, in full or in part; it is executed with Stripe against the original charge and stays in the campaign's financial history.

Any additional amount resulting from a change requires a new, authorized purchase. The platform issues no automatic charges and does not recompute what has already been paid on its own.

Your account and your organization

Each organization is responsible for the people it gives access to and for what those people do with the account: quoting, paying, uploading creatives and sending requests.

Platform notices — approvals, decisions, payment and refund states, certified evidence — are delivered inside the product and to the recipient's registered email. Essential security, invitation and account-recovery emails cannot be turned off.

Territorial scope

The scope of this Beta is Mexico: the market, the catalogue and the currency are Mexican. The platform does not offer media buying outside Mexico or in another currency.

No published document sets a governing law or a forum for the service today. When that document exists, Cirtonia will publish it as such.

Changes to this page

This page describes the platform as it works today and is updated when the product changes. Unlike the Purchase conditions, it is not a versioned document accepted before buying.

What binds a purchase already made is still the version of the Purchase conditions you accepted at that moment.
